If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!


RETURNS:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.


To be eligible for a return your item must be:

  • Unused
  • in the same condition in which you received it.
  • In its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Jewelry
  • Hair Accessories
  • Hats
  • Final Sale Items

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our company or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is subject to be returned to sender or discarded.


Humanity reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to but not limited by:


  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.



EXCHANGES:


If you need to make an exchange Please notify us in the RETURN CENTER  or Email us WITHIN 2 DAYS of package delivery date.


Eligible Exchanges:

  • Defective 

RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING:


Please do not mail packages without approval OR mail in items that are not from our store, If we receive a package we did not approve or a package that was not purchased through us we reserve the right to reject it, mail back to sender, and/or discard it.


You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All shipping costs are non-refundable unless for exchange.

We will email shipping label for exchanges.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


We reccommend using a trackable shipping service like USPS Flat Rate or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:


If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first confirm that your package has reached us through the Return Center or you can check the tracking information from your postal carrior.


*Please note returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received.


If it has been 7 business days since the package was received by us and you have not  received any notice please check the return center.
